The staff at this hotel are lovely! Nothing is too much trouble. I spent a month at this hotel and will definitely be back. The breakfast is filling and plentiful. So close to the parks. Free shuttle to the parks. Uber was around $10 dollars if you didn't use the shuttle. Staff were always on hand cleaning. Maintenence were always quick to assist. Pool and hot tub were great. Washing machines and dryers were great - card only. Ice available near the lift on 2nd and 3rd floor. Great wee gift shop in the foyer! Open early morning until around lunch time then the proprietor comes back in the evening around 8 p.m.

I had a great stay here. Nick at the front desk was friendly and helpful throughout my stay as were other staff members. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. They have a nice free breakfast and a gift shop on property too. Great value, great service, and convenient to Disney, shopping and many restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

I dont recommend this hotel at all. Please be advised that the shuttle service they use is thrid party. The drivers are rude and if u dont have an umbrella stroller they might not let u on the bus.If your going to amusement parks. Only one elevator worked and they were painting the stairs and blocked off the stairs. Hot water barely worked when i stayed last week. Only was giving one wash cloth out of 3 adults and one child. When i asked the front desk for me he said i only have one. Hot tub doesnt work so please if ur coming here for the hot tub do the research. Also there un remodel. So they will use this excuse to make up for your shitty time. When checking in a woman. Checked my sister in my room and me in her room. Which would of been fine but this property was so bad we didnt even stay the whole time. So it created more of a headache. Because we were checking out on different days. I asked for a partial refund or refund anything. Property refused so please be cautious of this property it isnt worth it and will cause nothing but a headache.

There were cockroaches in the restroom, bloodstains on the curtains, the toilet door was broken, and the hallway lights were off. You could literally hear the next room is running at midnight. The only good thing was that the staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful.

We stayed here for one night with my family. The night time manager Lisa was so helpful and arranged all our needs for the stay. Could not appreciate enough all she has done for us. The rooms were clean and breakfast had alot of items. Definitely recommend anyone staying for a weekend getaway or vising disney/universal.

I think I already reviewed this hotel, so this will be shorter. Great location in relation to Disney World. A short drive to all parks, Downtown Disney, or wherever you want to go but save money staying off property. Renovations are being done and have a ways to go, but I think the vision for the future is on track to make this older hotel into something feeling more modern. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. I expect this place will steadily improve in the next year , and be getting 5 stars consistently.

We decided to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt after reading so many negative reviews. The location is excellent, but unfortunately, that's not enough. The room was comfortable, but the entire hotel is outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom vanity and toilet were extremely low, making them uncomfortable to use, especially for my husband and son, who are both tall. Our biggest disappointment was the housekeeping. My 8-year-old son, who has a disability, had an accident in bed on our third night. The next morning, we requested clean bed linens because housekeeping hadn't even emptied the trash. We were told our room would be serviced later that day, so we left everything ready. When we returned around 11:00 p.m., absolutely nothing had been done. At the front desk, I explained the situation and was told that full housekeeping is only provided every five days. I explained that we simply needed clean bed linens due to the accident, but the employee just repeated the hotel's policy. In the end, I had to change the bed myself after being handed clean sheets. The lack of renovations wasn't our biggest concern—the lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service were. Because of that, we would not stay here again.
